YES. It is required that the patient changes or reschedules the appointment at least 24 hours in advance otherwise full cancellation will be charged.

The First appointment is the assessment where the Practitioner will go through a consent signing, detailed health history followed by a full body assessment. The practitioner will then present the treatment plan to the plan including the frequency of the treatments. 

The patient is required to wear loose clothing preferably yoga pants or shorts to allow access for the treatment areas. 

For Diabetic Patients, it is recommended for the patients to carry their own snack incase if their sugar levels fluctuate.
